All R&D, patents (300+), and designs on this site are the property of Yanni Technology. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Payment Terms:
For bulk OEM/ODM orders, standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance prior to shipment, unless otherwise negotiated.
Customization:
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that any logo or brand provided for customization does not infringe on third-party trademarks.
Liability:
Yanni Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products outside their specified technical parameters.
