• Lead Times: * Samples: 7–10 working days.

  • Bulk/OEM Orders: 25–35 working days depending on customization requirements.

• Methods: We support Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx).

• Documentation: We provide all necessary safety documentation (MSDS, UN38.3) required for the international transport of lithium batteries.

• Tracking: Customers will receive tracking information once the shipment leaves our 10,000㎡ factory.
