Return & Refund Policy

As a specialist in wholesale and customized (OEM/ODM) products, our policy is as follows:

Sample Orders: Samples can be returned within 14 days if they are in original packaging and unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom/OEM Orders: Because these products are manufactured to your specific brand, logo, and technical specifications (ID design/molds), returns are not accepted unless the product is functionally defective upon arrival.
Defective Items: If goods arrive damaged or non-functional, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for an immediate replacement or credit.
